45 Day Free Trial

The TroopWebHostGS 45-Day Free Trial Agreement:

This is an agreement (“Agreement”) between your organization (“Your Group”) and Web Host Services LLC (“Web Host”), a Florida limited liability company located at P.O. Box 882, Sarasota, Florida 34230-0882.

Your request for a free trial constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement on behalf of Your Group.

Web Host will provide Your Group with a web site (“Web Site”) and database to manage Your Group's information for up to 45 days at no charge. Web Site will allow Your Group to use a proprietary software package developed by Web Host called “OurGroupOnline”.

You may convert your site to a paid subscription at any time during the trial period by paying the annual subscription fee to WebHost.

At the end of the trial period, if you have not purchased a subscription all of the information you have entered on Web Site will be removed from the Web Host server.

Your Group acknowledges that OurGroupOnline is the property of Web Host and will not use the information obtained about OurGroupOnline through use of Web Site to compete with Web Host or to assist Web Host's competitors. This Agreement does not entitle Your Group to any rights to OurGroupOnline beyond the use of that software during the free trial period.

Your Group's information entered on Web Site will not be used by Web Host for any purpose other than supporting the operation of your Web Site.

Your Group agrees that it will not under any circumstances hold Web Host liable for any damages exceeding the amount of the fees paid to Web Host. Web Host is not liable to Your Group for any indirect or consequential damages. Web Site is provided as is with no warranty for its fitness of purpose. Web Host may terminate this free trial at any time at its discretion.
